The Parish Council is the Burial Authority for Waddesdon

Cemetery

The Cemetery and closed Churchyard are maintained to a high standard and managed by the Parish Council grounds team. The aim is to maintain the area as an attractive and tranquil memorial to those whose lives are remembered there. We welcome relatives and visitors during daylight hours, and trust that they will always find the grounds well cared for. Please ensure all dogs are kept on a lead and any mess is cleared up.

The day to day administration of the Cemetery is undertaken by the Parish Clerk who is able to help with any queries, including the application for placement of memorials.

Inspections and risk assessments are carried out on a regular basis Risk Assessment – Cemetery.  If you do come across any incidents of theft or vandalism, please report to both the Police and the Parish Council Clerk at the earliest opportunity.

The Parish Council has adopted Guiding Principles and Rules and Regulations for the Cemetery, a copy of which can be found here Cemetery Regulations
